Tim Stoffelen founded New Wave Real Estate Netherlands; a real estate company specialized in logistics and industrial real estate in the Netherlands. New Wave provides professional asset management and advisory services at both a strategic and tactical level. In addition, New Wave positions itself as a reliable partner where personal long-term relationships are key.
New Wave Real Estate represents the next generation in the Dutch logistics and industrial real estate market. They are as familiar with the entire country as the back of their hand. They operate from a clear, fresh, and creative approach – always motivated, striving forward, and goal-oriented. That's what New Wave Real Estate stands for.
In recent years, Tim has worked as Business Development Manager for the largest developer of logistics- and industrial real estate in Europe. In this role, maintaining contacts with logistics and industrial customers was an important part of his job; translating customer wishes and needs into built to suit projects. He was also responsible for managing the leasing of speculative developments and acquiring new land positions. On 1 May, Tim ended his employment with the company.
