2 June 2025 – Tim Stoffelen, founder of New Wave Real Estate Netherlands, is giving his real estate company a new boost with the launch of an in-house development division. Since its establishment in 2024, New Wave has quickly positioned itself as a specialist in logistics and industrial real estate in the Netherlands, with a strong focus on asset management and strategic advice.

According to Stoffelen, this expansion is a logical step in the company’s growth:

“Seeds grow in the dark. Now it’s time to bloom further – by developing innovative and sustainable logistics and industrial buildings in the Netherlands.”

Distribution centers are an indispensable link in the logistics chain and form the backbone of the modern economy. With the new development division, New Wave aims to realize buildings that not only meet the highest sustainability standards but also excel in design and functionality. Think of the use of natural materials, smart construction techniques, and space for biodiversity. The goal: future-proof buildings that users with climate ambitions, investors, and society can be proud of.

An important focus within this strategy is redeveloping outdated industrial sites – such as locations with soil contamination, asbestos, or functional limitations – by cleaning up, demolishing, and revitalizing them where necessary.

We deliberately do not build cookie-cutter spaces – but places with character, future value, and meaning for their surroundings.

“We develop, manage, and advise – always with an eye on what’s to come. Our buildings are flexible, future-proof, and designed for lasting impact. Driven by sustainability, creativity, and long-term value, we build a future to be proud of.”

This expansion marks an important milestone in New Wave’s ambition to make logistics and industrial real estate not only functional and future-proof but also socially relevant.
