In 2019, Tim Stoffelen completed the Asset Management Commercial Real Estate program at the Amsterdam School of Real Estate (ASRE). After nearly five years at a boutique real estate firm, he joined Europe’s largest logistics and industrial developer as Business Development Manager.

​

There, he transformed client ambitions into build-to-suit projects and developed speculative buildings across the Netherlands. He was responsible for securing the plot and delivering the company’s first warehouse project, as well as a custom logistics hub for a major e-commerce brand.

In 2024, Tim followed a long-held dream by founding New Wave Real Estate, bringing fresh insight, creativity, sustainability, and heart to a sector ready for change.
