Our expertises
Tim Stoffelen, the founder of New Wave Real Estate Netherlands, has been fascinated by high-rise buildings from a young age. His dream of becoming a real estate entrepreneur began in high school, inspired by his grandfather, a former contractor. While studying Real Estate, Tim launched a handyman business in Amsterdam, quickly realizing he was more commercially inclined than technically. After graduating from CBRE in 2014, he joined REB Projects as a developer. Driven to expand his horizons, he later traveled to Australia’s Outback. Upon returning in 2016, he joined Proptimize, a Dutch real estate firm specializing in future-proof logistics properties and asset management. Tim began leasing warehouses at Schiphol Airport, where his passion for logistics and industrial real estate has continued to grow.​
